The base board is made of aluminum zinc coated board whose weathering-resistance is 4 times higher than that of galvanized board. The middle layer is made of polyurethane foaming, consisting of the heat insulation and heat preserving layer and its back is aluminum foil to seal the bottom to avoid heat dispersal. The exertion of inserting & connecting method to join the boards not only solves the problem of cracks removal of the glued parts under the influence of ultraviolet ray, it can be recycled as well with its recycle rate as much as 90%. And it won’t produce building rubbish, so it can protect land and meet the requirement of environment protection.
